Wine Pairing

As with most chicken dishes, the sauce and other ingredients in the stir-fry would suggest the wine pairings. With a dish such as this, heavy with strong vegetables, look for a white with a similar type of green or herbal flavor, such as a Sauvignon Blanc. Our favorite from our Wine of the Month Club is the More Than Muse Sauvignon Blanc. But as always, there is no bad wine pairing!! Just some are better than others.
